Our buildings are engineer certified to meet your state codes. Any other requirements such as “extra snow load bearing weight and wind load resistance” can be met with engineer certification “upon customer’s request”. Customized buildings are always welcomed. We also provide generic plans at no extra charge on most standard buildings.

Yes, our metal buildings are designed for flexibility, enabling you to make modifications within 2-3 years of construction as your needs evolve.

We offer 14-gauge (2 1/2” x 2 1/2”) & 12-gauge (2 1/4” x 2 1/4”).

Both have their benefits; the 14-gauge steel framing is more economical and comes with a 1-year Workmanship Warranty. In comparison, the heavy duty 12-gauge steel framing is more expensive. However, it comes with a 20-year Limited Warranty rust-through of the framing. Rust warranty is for steel tubing only. (Restrictions apply). All base prices are listed as 14-gauge.

1 Year Limited Warranty: Seller warrants, for a period of 1 year from date of complete installation, against defects in workmanship assuming normal user care and maintenance. Restrictions apply.

20 Year Warranty: Seller warrants, for a period of 20 years from the date of complete installation, against rust through on the framing only assuming normal user care and maintenance (12-Gauge Material Only. This warranty does NOT apply to 14-Gauge material).
